Supporting Our Military Members 🇺🇸
Transitioning from military life to retirement is challenging, especially when it comes to addressing your mental health.

I am a VA-trained, retired military psychologist. I have conducted 100's of Medical Evaluation Boards and TDRL's.
Many of the folks I work with now struggle to get the care they need while serving on active duty! Mostly it's due to the pressures of leadership or the stigma surrounding mental health in the military.
At PsyConOps, I understand the importance of telling your story—whether it’s for the VA or just for yourself.
Sharing your experiences can be both healing and empowering, helping you to validate what you’ve been through and to present it professionally to the VA.
You may not realize that symptoms of PTSD, depression, or anxiety could be connected to your service, but understanding this is a vital step toward getting the support you deserve.

While you can navigate this process on your own, sometimes it helps to have someone who’s been there, who understands, and who can guide you through it. That’s why I offer:
-
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations
-
Independent Medical Opinions
-
Fitness-for-Duty Exams
-
Mental Health Support that’s both compassionate and private
My goal: to provide individualized support with the respect and understanding you deserve. I work hard every day to earn your trust.

Uniform Standards
I use the same forms and evaluation instruments the military and VA use to assess your mental health status.
Access to Your Results
Unlike the military, you don't need to complete a special request to access your final report and diagnosis. As long as you can access a computer, you will be able to download and utilize your report as you see fit.
