Federal Fitness for Duty Evaluations
Rigorous, objective, and legally defensible psychological clearances for high-consequence personnel
When public safety, national security, and operational readiness are on the line, agencies require an evaluator who understands the immense weight of armed duty and sensitive duty positions. Dr. Elaine Foster provides specialized, objective Fitness for Duty Evaluations (FFDE) and pre-employment psychological clearances for federal and law enforcement officers, special agents, and high-security contractors.
This service is designed for:
Federal Agencies & HR Managers requiring a legally defensible, independent review of an agent's or candidate's fitness for duty.
Special Agent & Law Enforcement Candidates needing a thorough, state- or federal-compliant psychological clearance.
High-Security Armed Contractors requiring expedited, rigorous mental health evaluations to meet strict deployment deadlines.
What this service is:
A formal, objective psychological evaluation designed to determine an individual's mental and emotional suitability for high-consequence or armed duty. This includes a comprehensive clinical interview, a review of relevant background/personnel records, and objective psychological testing (including state- and federally-mandated instruments like the MMPI-3 or MMPI-2 and MMPI-RF)."
What this service is not:
his evaluation is strictly forensic and objective; it is not clinical treatment, counseling, or legal advocacy. The goal is to provide a clear, defensible determination of fitness to protect both the agency and the public.
